Service Description
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, or past wounds that won’t stay buried, our work together will focus on what matters to you. With evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a narrative approach, you’ll gain insight, clarity, and the ability to move forward—not just cope. Common areas of support: Anxiety, depression, past trauma, shame, work stress, family or relationship patterns, identity, addiction.






Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is set aside just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. No-shows will also be charged the full session fee. We understand that life happens. If you experience a true emergency or unexpected illness, please reach out—we’ll do our best to handle it with flexibility and grace. All cancellations must be made via phone, email, or client portal.
