What my process looks like.

I approach counseling sessions with the goal to help you reach your goals- not mine. I am here, not to tell you what to do, but to help you make the best possible choices you need to reach wellness. For couples, empowerment is encouraged for both equally. For children, they are empowered where it makes sense while balancing that with caregiver’s guidance.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors all correlate.

The focus of each session is what is important to you, or your child, in that moment. I don't come in with my own agenda. I cater to what you need and where you are at- I also am able to guide sessions, if needed.

I emphasize the importance of your story and how it plays into understanding issues, treatment, and lead to healing.

"Grace & Kindness" is not something we often give ourselves. This is a focus in all sessions, regardless of what your story entails.
